Trying to stay afloat
Have been thinking and planning of taking photographs in water for some time now..always hoping to emulate the greats and get that perfect image of a sleek body swimming perfectly through the deep clear water… The reality however is a complete farce and very difficult to do.. While on holiday on the ‘Other Coast’ I…
I saw these light fittings yesterday when, after a day of shooting dancers on Comedy Carpet and capturing the finishing touches of a new piece of urban art on a wall in a car park, I decided I deserved a brew. I ordered my cup of tea and as I sank thankfully on to the…

I have been neglecting my blog for a while now..family, projects (2) new Independent Creatives group ..all sorts of everything leaving me little time to get out with camera. However I did get out for a day last week to shoot more unsuspecting public and strangers on the street for my Documenting Blackpool project. On…
I see a (2) red door..

lines lines & more lines
Anyone that knows me will know I have a thing about angles, lines and repetition so yesterday when I was in St Annes I was drawn once again to the fencing on the beach huts.. I find the linear perspective so satisfying, bringing order, albeit very briefly, to the chaotic thoughts and plans in my…
